Jeris Queen succeeded Rob Gabel as President in 2016 and stepped down as President in February 2019.  Jeris lives on University with his wife, Paige, daughter Calla, and son McLain.  Jeris moved into University Meadows in 2010 and bought their home in 2012. 

Paige is a graduate of Texas Tech University and works in the field of Clinical Research.   Jeris is a graduate of the University of Michigan and works in the field of CNC Manufacturing.  

Jeris states, "My goals when leading this board is to continue the successes of our predecessors; a non-mandatory, volunteer association has it challenges, but we are blessed with good people in our neighborhood.  I hope to continue a high level of safety, cleanliness and strive for better community." ​
